PT Fata Organa Solusi merupakan anak perusahaan CAC Holding Japan yang berfokus membangun solusi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan machine learning untuk klien bisnis, terutama perusahaan-perusahaan asal Jepang. Solusi yang dikembangkan mencakup pemrosesan dokumen, chatbot, sistem prediktif, hingga otomatisasi internal yang berdampak langsung bagi pengguna nyata. Perusahaan sedang mencari seorang Tech Lead yang akan memegang kendali atas arah teknis dan penyampaian proyek, serta meningkatkan standar rekayasa di dalam tim. Posisi kepemimpinan yang bersifat hands-on ini mengharuskan Anda untuk tetap menulis kode, merancang arsitektur sistem, bertindak sebagai gerbang kualitas akhir sebelum produk sampai ke tangan klien, serta menerapkan praktik budaya kerja khas Jepang seperti horenso (report, inform, consult) dari tahap brief hingga rilis.

Our work reaches real users — document processing, chatbots, predictive systems, and internal automat; About the role; We are looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical direction and delivery of our projects, and to raise the engineering standard of the team around you; This is a hands-on leadership role. You will still write code. You will also be the person who decides how things get built, who checks work before it reaches the client, and who tells a Product Manager when a requirement does not make sense yet; Working with Japanese clients means requirements are documented formally, problems are reported early rather than solved quietly, and quality expectations are high. We are looking for someone who either already works this way, or is genuinely willing; What you'll be doing; Lead architecture and technical decisions for AI/ML-powered products and web platforms; Partner with Product Managers to interrogate requirements before commitment — catching ambiguity, contradictions, and edge cases early; Act as the final quality gate: code review, testing standards, and release readiness; Mentor and grow a team of software and AI engineers; Design and integrate AI/ML components — LLMs, RAG, predictive models, computer vision APIs; Own the delivery roadmap and release cadence against client commitments; Identify technical risks early and propose practical mitigations; Communicate architecture, progress, and trade-offs clearly to clients, including Japanese client partners; Practice horenso (報連相) — report, inform, consult — with clients, PMs, and your team; What we're looking for; 5+ years of professional software engineering experience; At least 2 years leading a technical team, as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, or equivalent; Experience building and scaling modern web applications and integrating AI/ML services; Strong backend fundamentals: Python, Node.js or Go; REST/GraphQL APIs; SQL/NoSQL databases; cloud infrastructure; Solid grasp of software design patterns, clean code, micro services, and API design; A track record of thorough requirement analysis and high-quality, low-defect delivery; Experience handing over systems and documenting them properly; Professional English, spoken and written (assessed at interview); Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; Nice to have; Experience working with Japanese clients, or familiarity with Japanese business practices such as horenso, nemawashi, and formal requirement definition (要件定義); JLPT N3 or above; MLOps or production ML deployment experience (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, self-hosted serving); DevOps practice: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; Automated testing: unit, integration, E2E; Modern frontend or cross-platform mobile frameworks.
