Kami mencari Team Leader yang energik dan berorientasi pada target untuk memimpin operasional penjualan di wilayah Bali (Sukawati, Ketewel, Kuta, atau Denpasar). Posisi ini sangat cocok bagi individu yang memiliki passion dalam memimpin tim, mencapai target penjualan, dan memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang luar biasa. Sebagai Team Leader, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengawasi operasional tim harian, memberikan coaching serta motivasi kepada anggota tim untuk meningkatkan performa penjualan dan konversi. Anda juga akan terlibat aktif dalam mempromosikan produk fotografi, menangani pertanyaan pelanggan, serta memastikan seluruh tim mematuhi SOP perusahaan dan standar layanan yang telah ditetapkan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and supervise daily team operations to achieve sales targets; Coach and motivate team members to improve selling skills and conversion rates; Actively engage with customers and promote photography products and services; Monitor individual and team sales performance and identify areas for improvement; Ensure team compliance with company SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures; Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues professionally; Provide regular sales and operational updates to management.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service; Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets; Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating team members to improve sales performance; Good communication skills in English; Strong customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Able to monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs; Target-oriented, proactive, energetic, and responsible; Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational schedules; Candidates with experience as Sales Supervisors, SPG/SPB Team Leaders, or Retail Supervisors are encouraged to apply; Has an interest in photography and a willingness to learn.
