The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating and delivering engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate learning activities for young children. This role involves planning daily lessons, fostering a supportive classroom environment, monitoring child development, and maintaining regular communication with parents.
Tanggung jawab: Plan and conduct daily activities, games, arts & crafts, music, storytelling, and educational play; Guide children in developing basic academic, motor, communication, and social skills; Observe and monitor each child’s development and learning progress; Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s activities, development, and progress; Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization; Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment; Collaborate with teachers and team members to prepare programs, events, and schedules; Participate in school events, workshops, performances, and special activities; Stay updated on creative teaching methods and early childhood education trends.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD/PG-PAUD), Education, Psychology, Elementary Education, English Education, or related fields; Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Kindergarten/Preschool Teacher is preferred; Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development; Patient, caring, responsible, and enthusiastic; Creative and able to create fun, interactive, and age-appropriate learning activities; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Able to work collaboratively with teachers and team members; Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and child safety is a plus; Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
