Responsibilities: - Provide technical consultation and recommendations to customers on the development of wheat flour-based products. - Analyze customer product issues and recommend appropriate solutions. - Conduct bakery and pastry demonstrations for marketing activities, promotions, exhibitions, and company events. - Perform product trials, testing, and development based on customer requirements. - Support the Sales team in business development, customer acquisition, and relationship management. - Prepare customer visit reports as well as weekly and monthly activity reports.
