YARD Financial Solutions is a professional firm providing financial and tax services, currently seeking a dedicated Tax Supervisor to join their team in Ungasan, Badung, Bali. The company focuses on delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring regulatory compliance for both the firm and its diverse clientele. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tax functions, including the analysis and validation of tax data to ensure timely and accurate reporting. You will lead junior team members, coordinate tax planning strategies to optimize efficiency, and provide expert advisory support to management regarding investment, expansion, and operational activities. Additionally, you will handle tax dispute resolutions and maintain high standards of tax control to minimize potential risks.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure tax compliance and prepare/review tax filings; Provide tax advisory support and lead junior team members; Manage tax functions including processing, analysis, and validation of tax data; Plan and coordinate the development and implementation of tax calculation systems; Conduct tax planning and risk analysis for management; Supervise the Tax Department team to ensure effective performance; Lead and oversee the resolution of tax disputes; Prepare and present comprehensive tax department reports.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation as a Tax Supervisor; Experience in a Tax Consulting Firm or Public Accounting Firm; Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations; Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C is a plus); USKP A & B certification.
