About the role PT Shoetown Footwear Industrial Indonesia, a leading manufacturer of quality footwear, is seeking a talented Tax Specialist to join our team. This full-time position is based in Kabupaten Majalengka, Jawa Barat, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's tax compliance and strategic planning. What you'll be doing Maintaining accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation

Preparing and filing all necessary tax returns and declarations within deadlines Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations Conducting tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation and risk mitigation

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tax-related insights and support business decisions Staying abreast of changes in tax legislation and proactively advising the organisation on the implications Representing the company in tax audits and liaising with tax authorities as needed

What we're looking for Degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a tax specialist or tax advisory role

Thorough understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements Certified Brevet A & B Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
