Posisi magang ini berfokus pada dukungan visual untuk departemen Human Capital. Anda akan bertanggung jawab merancang materi visual kreatif seperti poster, banner, dan infografis untuk program internal HR serta komunikasi karyawan. Anda juga akan membantu dalam pengembangan materi presentasi dan memastikan seluruh desain selaras dengan branding perusahaan. Peran ini menuntut kreativitas tinggi, kemampuan menggunakan software desain seperti Canva, Photoshop, atau Illustrator, serta perhatian terhadap detail. Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan tim Human Capital untuk mendukung berbagai inisiatif manajemen talenta, sesi pelatihan, dan program pengembangan karyawan lainnya.
Tanggung jawab: Design creative posters, banners, infographics, and other visual materials for internal HR programs and employee communications; Develop visually appealing materials to support talent management initiatives, training sessions, and employee development programs; Assist in creating presentation decks and other communication materials as needed; Collaborate with the Human Capital team to ensure designs align with company branding and communication objectives; Support other Talent Management and Human Capital activities as required.
Kualifikasi: Final-year student or fresh graduate from Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, or a related field; Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other relevant design software; Demonstrate creativity, a strong visual sense, and attention to detail; Must provide a design portfolio showcasing previous poster designs or other relevant visual design projects; Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team; Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO), Monday to Friday.
