EcoSocioTech School (sebelumnya HighScope Indonesia) adalah sekolah terakreditasi internasional di bawah Redea Institute. Kami mencari Talent Acquisition Specialist yang berlatar belakang Psikologi untuk mendukung kebutuhan rekrutmen tenaga pengajar dan staf back-office. Peran ini mencakup pengembangan employer branding, pengelolaan proses rekrutmen, administrasi tenaga kerja asing, serta dukungan pada Assessment Center. Anda akan bekerja di kantor pusat di TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan.
Tanggung jawab: Support the development and implementation of employer branding activities; Manage manpower needs and recruitment processes for teaching and back-office positions; Build and maintain a talent pipeline; Handle administration and legal requirements for Foreign Workers; Manage and support the implementation of the Assessment Center; Support the improvement of Human Capital Management processes; Work closely with other Human Capital Management team members.
Kualifikasi: Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational/Educational Psychology atau Professional degree in General Psychology; Preferably 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection; Experience in multinational company is a huge plus; Strong fundamentals in interviews, psychological tests, assessment center, and other selection tools; Strong written and verbal English skills; Strong interpersonal and engaging communication ability.
