Peran ini bertanggung jawab dalam merancang sistem dan solusi berbasis teknologi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik pelanggan, khususnya terkait otomatisasi gudang dan sistem penanganan material. Supervisor ini akan memimpin penyusunan proposal teknis, spesifikasi sistem, serta berkoordinasi erat dengan tim internal maupun eksternal mulai dari tahap penawaran hingga implementasi proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Propose systems and solutions based on customer requirements; Analyze customer needs and determine appropriate system specifications; Design information systems for automated warehouses, including inventory management systems; Prepare system specifications, technical proposals, and quotations based on customer requirements; Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure proposed systems meet operational and business needs; Support system-related projects from the proposal stage through implementation.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Good command of English, both written and spoken; Minimum experience as a Systems Engineer, Solution Engineer, Application Engineer, or in a similar role; Experience or knowledge in warehouse automation, material handling systems, or inventory management systems; Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS); Conveyor and transportation systems; Sorting and picking systems; Warehouse and inventory management systems; Control and information systems for automated logistics operations; Knowledge of automation systems used in automotive manufacturing is a plus; Able to analyze customer requirements and propose suitable system solutions; Able to prepare technical proposals, system specifications, and quotations; Good communication and coordination skills to work with customers and internal teams; Familiar with automated warehouse systems.
