Posisi Sustainability and R&D Manager ini ditujukan untuk perusahaan FnB di Lampung. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola program sertifikasi dan verifikasi, memastikan seluruh kegiatan operasional keberlanjutan selaras dengan regulasi lokal maupun internasional, serta mengawasi implementasi proyek secara menyeluruh guna mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Selain itu, pemegang posisi akan memimpin dan mengelola bawahan, mengawasi aktivitas harian, pengadaan, pemantauan dan evaluasi proyek, manajemen keuangan, serta pelaporan progres. Tugas lainnya mencakup pemilihan kolektor yang tepat, membangun sistem manajemen internal di tingkat vendor, memberikan pelatihan GAP, mengimplementasikan audit internal maupun eksternal, dan menjaga komunikasi yang erat dengan pemangku kepentingan lokal serta mitra proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Manage and handle certification/verification program; Ensure sustainability program and that all are aligned with local and international regulations; Identify and select suitable collectors to implement sustainable program; Build internal management system at vendor levels, organizing farmer groups and selection vendor group leaders; Analysis of training needs and providing GAP training sessions for vendors; Implement audit both internal and external, as per the certification program's requirement; Implement improvement plans and annual reporting to certification organizations; Regularly update and effectively apply new standards of 4C, RFA or internal standards; Manage internal document of sustainable programs; Supervise project implementation and ensure progress towards goals and targets; Manage subordinates, oversee day-to-day activities, procurement, project monitoring and evaluation, financial management, progress and financial reporting; Arrange regular reports and consultations with the Sustainability Head; Maintain close contact with local project partners; Represent project locally and maintain communication with stakeholders; Ensure sufficient technical backstopping for project activities; Ensure quality controls for all technical work programs; Prepare periodical reports, work plans and budgets and present them to the Head of Sustainability; Participate in regional meetings and workshops; Travel to vendors to directly observe the situation and communicate directly with the producers; Monitor data flow, tracking trade, stocks and vendor selling pace; Other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:.
