The Surveyor or Property Appraiser is responsible for evaluating the value of collateral or property assets. This role is critical for risk assessment and financial decision-making within the company. Your daily tasks include conducting on-site surveys of properties, scheduling visits with clients, and performing detailed analysis to determine the market value of the assets. You will be required to produce professional reports based on your findings, which will be used for further processing.
