Posisi Support Engineer On Site – Offshore bertugas sebagai perwakilan Telkomsel dalam mendukung kebutuhan proyek dan operasional pengguna akhir di lingkungan pertambangan atau lepas pantai (offshore). Peran ini menuntut kemampuan teknis untuk memberikan dukungan operasional langsung di lokasi proyek. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup koordinasi dengan pengguna akhir dan tim internal, pemantauan aktivitas harian di lokasi, serta memastikan seluruh operasional berjalan lancar sesuai dengan prosedur keselamatan dan regulasi lokasi yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Act as a Telkomsel representative in supporting project requirements and end-user operations; Provide on-site technical and operational support; Coordinate with end users, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution; Monitor and support day-to-day activities at the project site; Ensure all activities comply with applicable safety procedures and site regulations.
Kualifikasi: Minimum experience working in a mining and/or offshore environment; Possess POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) and/or General K3 certification; Possess PJO (Penanggung Jawab Operasional) certification; Possess TKPK Level 2 or Level 3 certification; Good communication and coordination skills; Able to work independently and as part of a team in a site/offshore environment; Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
