Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or PPIC (same industry is a plus); Proficient in Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index/Match); Proven experience in purchasing planning and vendor/manufacturer coordination, including export-import processes and third-party manufacturing (maklon); Able to analyze inventory data, purchasing reports, and production timelines to anticipate reorder needs; Strong communication and coordination skills, both internal and external, with clear and proactive updates; Detail-oriented and resilient, able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
