Analyze operational performance through data evaluation and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare operational and project reports for management review. Communicate project progress, technical matters, and operational issues effectively with relevant stakeholders.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.; Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in operations or project operations, preferably in fertilizer or related industries.; Strong understanding of operational processes, project management, and industry regulations.; Proficient in project planning, operational reporting, data analysis and Microsoft office applications.; Strong analytical thinking, communication and problem solving skills..
