Proyek AIR SETARA (Akses Air dan Sanitasi Aman untuk Semua) adalah inisiatif berdurasi 3,5 tahun yang diimplementasikan di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan, Manggarai, dan Belu, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), guna mengatasi tantangan air bersih, sanitasi, stunting, serta risiko iklim melalui pendekatan holistik infrastruktur WASH dan perubahan perilaku. Untuk mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek di Manggarai, dibutuhkan seorang Supply Chain Officer Consultant. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan pengelolaan pengadaan, aset, transportasi, fasilitas kantor, dan armada (fleet) berjalan secara efisien, transparan, dan patuh terhadap kebijakan Plan Indonesia serta persyaratan donor. Dengan fokus utama pada manajemen pengadaan (60%) serta dukungan pengelolaan aset, transportasi, fasilitas, dan armada masing-masing 10%, konsultan ini akan berbasis di Ruteng, Manggarai, dan bertindak sebagai focal point operasional rantai pasok proyek.
Kualifikasi: Education; Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines; Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, donor-funded projects, or development programs is highly desirable; Experience in procurement planning, tendering, supplier management, and contract administration; Experience managing assets, fleet, transportation, and office operations; Experience working in remote or field-based locations is an advantage; Technical Competencies; Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles; Knowledge of donor compliance requirements and procurement regulations; Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook; Experience using SharePoint and digital filing systems is desirable; Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is desirable; Language Requirements; Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; Working knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is preferred; Location: Ruteng, Manggarai NTT; Type of Role: Professional Service Agreement/Individual Consultant for 1 year with possibility of extension; Salary: IDR 12,000,000 per month upon submission of timesheet and monthly progress report.
