About the role We are seeking a talented and motivated Supply Chain Management Intern to join GreenEarth Ventures Indonesia in Pekanbaru City, Riau. This is a full-time internship position that offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in supply chain operations, procurement, and inventory management within the manufacturing, transport and logistics sector. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support the smooth operation of our supply chain processes and contribute to the efficiency of our purchasing and procurement activities. This role is based on-site in Pekanbaru City, Riau, where you will have direct exposure to real-world supply chain challenges and solutions. What you'll be doing Assisting with procurement processes, including vendor identification, quotation analysis, and purchase order preparation Supporting inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, data entry, and inventory reconciliation Helping to maintain and organise supplier databases and procurement records Assisting with logistics coordination and shipment tracking Participating in supply chain meetings and gathering relevant data for reporting Conducting research on market trends, supplier capabilities, and procurement best practices Supporting the preparation of supply chain reports and documentation Liaising with internal departments to understand material and service requirements Learning and applying supply chain management principles and procedures What we're looking for Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
