PT PCI Elektronik Internasional Batam. We are looking for urgently required the following position as: SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER
Kualifikasi: Engineering degree/Technical background (S1/D4/D3); Able to speak and written in English. Can Speak Mandarin be advantage; Min. 2 years in manufacturing with experience in PCBA, Machining, stamping or molding; Expertise in quality management systems (QMS), covering IQC, IPQC, and OQC; Experience in Supplier Quality Engineer role, communicating with overseas and local suppliers; Proficiency in key quality tools (e.g. 8D, control plans,5Whys,7QC tools); Capable of performing process quality audits.; Able to read engineering drawings and possesses basic knowledge of electronic components.; Effectively under pressure, consistency meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.; Non-Conformances Management: Lead the resolution of Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) by working with suppliers to secure immediate containment, complete root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA).; Disposition & Inventory Control: Ensure timely processing of supplier reject notes (SRNs) and manage the disposition of rejected materials to clear the aging inventory.; Quality assurance & Audits: Conduct scheduled supplier quality audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous performance improvement.; Reporting: Generate and distribute comprehensive supplier quality performance reports for internal and external review.; Special skills :; Good problem-solving solving technique, analytical skill & basic statistic; Good knowledge in PFMEA, Control Plan, FAI&PPAP; Awareness (minimum), training (preferred) and/certification on QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14001); Able to operate Microsoft outlook, work, excel, & PowerPoint.
