Perusahaan industri manufaktur membuka lowongan untuk posisi Supervisor Warehouse Raw Material and Packaging Material yang bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap pengelolaan operasional gudang bahan baku dan bahan pengemas secara menyeluruh. Peran ini mencakup pengawasan proses penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengeluaran barang, serta pengendalian inventaris untuk memastikan kelancaran jadwal produksi perusahaan. Supervisor juga bertugas mengoptimalkan tata letak gudang, menjaga akurasi data pencatatan stok melalui sistem WMS atau ERP, serta menjalin koordinasi lintas departemen dengan tim pengadaan, produksi, dan logistik demi efisiensi rantai pasok.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise the daily operations of the raw material and packaging material warehouse to ensure efficient receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control; Ensure timely receipt, unloading, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials according to production schedules; Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity while ensuring proper material identification, labeling, and traceability; Coordinate with Procurement, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material replenishment and efficient warehouse operations; Maintain accurate inventory records through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
