Posisi Supervisor Warehouse bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengoordinasikan serta mengawasi kegiatan operasional gudang sehari-hari guna mewujudkan alur kerja yang tertib dan efisien. Peran ini melibatkan pemantauan aktivitas gudang melalui sistem ERP secara cermat untuk memastikan keakuratan data pada setiap proses penerimaan, pengeluaran, transfer, maupun penyesuaian barang. Selain itu, pemegang posisi ini memegang peranan penting dalam menjalankan rekonsiliasi stok dan stock opname berkala, menelusuri selisih inventori, mengawasi tingkat persediaan, serta menjaga ketepatan data stok lewat perhitungan siklus dan audit berkala. Tugas utamanya juga mencakup kerja sama erat dengan berbagai departemen seperti Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse, dan Logistics guna menjamin ketersediaan material secara tepat waktu dan mendukung kelancaran proses produksi secara optimal.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows; Monitor warehouse operational through ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy for receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments; Conduct regular stock reconciliation and stock opname activities, investigate inventory variances, and monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits; Coordinate closely with Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow; Maintain proper inventory control, product traceability, FIFO/FEFO practices, 5R, and workplace safety standards; Identify discrepancies, operational issues and warehouse performance; Assign tasks, supervise team performance, and ensure timely completion of daily activities; Requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; Have minimum 3 years of Warehouse Management; Strong understanding of inventory management principles, FIFO/FEFO, 5R, safety management; Proficient in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, Pivot Tables, and Power Query) for data analysis and reporting; Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar); Familiar with stock opname (physical inventory count), inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail; Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Willing to work in Gresik, East Java.
