About the role We are seeking a Supervisor Trainer to join our team at PT Global Jet Express Cabang Bogor on a contract basis . This is a pivotal position based in Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes across the organisation. As Supervisor Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees receive high-quality training that enhances their skills, knowledge and performance. This role is essential to our continued success, as it directly impacts employee competency levels, service quality and overall organisational effectiveness.
What you'll be doing Developing and designing training curricula and learning programmes tailored to the needs of various departments and employee levels within the organisation Conducting training sessions, workshops and seminars for employees across all departments, covering technical skills, soft skills, safety protocols and company procedures
Assessing training needs through consultation with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities Creating training materials, including manuals, presentation slides, videos and practical exercises that support effective learning Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback forms and performance metrics
Maintaining comprehensive training records and documentation to track employee development progress and training completion Providing coaching and mentoring support to trainees to reinforce learning and facilitate application of new skills in their roles Collaborating with senior management and department leads to ensure training programmes align with organisational objectives and business strategy
