The Supervisor Sipil or Site Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects on-site. You will act as the right hand to the Project Manager, ensuring that all construction activities are executed according to the project plan and timeline. Your primary responsibility is to coordinate and supervise the daily progress of the project, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards. You will manage on-site resources and address any operational challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
