PT Anugerah Bahagia Inti Niaga yang berlokasi di Palu, Sulawesi Tengah, sedang mencari Supervisor Salesman berpengalaman untuk memimpin operasional penjualan ritel. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam mengarahkan aktivitas penjualan harian, mengelola performa tim, dan memastikan standar layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memotivasi tim, memantau pencapaian target, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar perusahaan di wilayah lokal melalui strategi penjualan yang efektif dan kepemimpinan yang kuat.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching and support to achieve individual and team sales targets; Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction; Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and company policies; Maintain accurate sales records, reports and inventory documentation; Ensure the retail environment is well-organised, visually appealing and compliant with company standards; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty; Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly; Support the merchandising and promotional activities to maximise sales opportunities; Report sales performance and operational metrics to management on a regular basis.
