Passion Jewelry sedang mencari Supervisor Product yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim Product Management & Development di Serpong Utara, Banten. Peran ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi dan memandu inisiatif pengembangan produk agar koleksi perhiasan kami memenuhi standar kualitas, desain, dan permintaan pasar yang tinggi. Sebagai Supervisor Product, Anda akan menjembatani strategi produk dengan eksekusi, mengelola tim, serta berkolaborasi lintas departemen. Anda akan memantau tren pasar, menganalisis data penjualan untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi pelanggan, menentukan produk yang sesuai untuk setiap toko, serta mengoordinasikan pengembangan produk dari konsep hingga menjadi produk akhir.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor market and jewelry trends to develop relevant product ideas and concepts; Analyze sales and product data across stores to identify customer preferences; Determine suitable products for each store; Translate management ideas and business direction into product concepts for new arrivals and signature collections; Communicate product concepts and design directions to design production teams; Coordinate product development from concept to final product; Ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards; Collaborate with Marcomm and Operations to support product launches and campaigns.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Product Design or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in product development, product design, or a related field.
