Posisi Supervisor Pembelian ini menawarkan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan suportif dengan peluang pengembangan karier yang luas. Anda akan memimpin dan mengelola proses pengadaan bahan baku, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan hingga perencanaan strategi pembelian. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan koordinasi yang kuat untuk memastikan material tiba tepat waktu sesuai jadwal produksi, serta kemampuan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pemasok.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage the procurement process for raw materials, including demand analysis and procurement strategy planning; Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers while actively sourcing new potential vendors; Coordinate with related departments to ensure material arrival aligns with production schedules; Follow up on purchase orders to ensure materials are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, and according to specifications; Monitor and evaluate procurement team performance to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D4/S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in any major, GPA ≥ 3.00; Open to candidates from all experience backgrounds (Experience in Supply Chain / Procurement is a plus, but not mandatory); Strong coordination and follow-up skills; Leadership experience is an advantage; Good communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills; Strong logical thinking, calculation ability, and problem-solving skills; High curiosity and eagerness to learn new things; Comfortable working both in office and on-site environments; Not allergic to dust; Willing to travel for business trips (out of town / out of island); Primary working location: Surabaya (East Java).
