Supervise Project
Tanggung jawab: Plan, supervise, and control all operational activities on the project site to ensure work is completed on schedule and within targets; Lead, coordinate, and monitor the operational team; Ensure all work is performed according to standard operating procedures (SOP), specifications, and quality standards; Monitor the efficient use of materials, equipment, and resources to minimize waste and control costs; Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress and report to the Project Manager; Ensure compliance with safety regulations (HSE), environmental standards, and government requirements; Identify and resolve operational issues on site quickly and effectively; Coordinate with other teams such as Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and subcontractors; Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and training as needed; Maintain discipline, teamwork, and high productivity on the project site.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; Minimum 5 years of experience in project operations (construction, EPC, plantation, or mining); At least 2 years in a Supervisor or Team Leader position; Strong leadership and team management skills; Good understanding of project operations and site management; Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making; Responsible, disciplined, and results-oriented; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; High integrity and professional work ethic; Willing to be placed at project sites (out of town/remote area).
