Posisi kepemimpinan di departemen keuangan dan akuntansi yang bertanggung jawab atas pengawasan pelaporan keuangan, kepatuhan pajak, serta pengendalian internal. Supervisor diharapkan mampu menganalisis laporan keuangan secara mendalam dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi manajemen.
Tanggung jawab: Supervising finance and accounting operations; Ensuring financial reporting accuracy; Managing tax compliance; Conducting financial analysis; Providing recommendations based on financial reports.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience; Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting; Good understanding of taxation and tax compliance; Familiar with audit processes and financial controls; Strong ability in financial analysis and problem solving; Able to analyze financial reports and provide meaningful recommendations; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Able to work under pressure.
