ZAP Group mencari seorang Supervisor Creative Design yang kreatif, berorientasi pada detail, dan kolaboratif untuk memimpin tim desain. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam menghasilkan konten visual yang berdampak kuat untuk memperkuat identitas merek ZAP di berbagai saluran komunikasi. Supervisor akan membimbing tim dalam pengembangan konsep kreatif, memastikan kualitas desain tetap konsisten, serta berkolaborasi lintas departemen seperti Marketing, Brand, dan Social Media untuk mendukung kampanye promosi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and guide the Creative Design team in developing high-quality visual content; Develop creative concepts and design directions aligned with ZAP's brand identity and marketing objectives; Review and ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all creative design outputs; Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, and other departments to develop creative campaigns and promotional materials; Manage multiple design projects, priorities.
