Supervisor, Channel Promo/Trade Promo

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent Minimum 2 years as a Trade Marketing/Channel Marketing Executive in paint/building materials industry Develop promotional calendars, set clear objectives, manage trade funds, and forecast sales uplift and spend.

Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for promotional program execution Coordinate promotion execution with internal teams and retail partners, including in-store displays, discounts, and real-time performance tracking. Good command of English

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target and result-oriented. Manage trade fund spending, track accruals, validate and settle retailer claims, and ensure all activities stay within budget.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Develop, implement, and monitor trade and consumer promotions The placement will be in Millennium Industrial Estate, Tangerang Regency.
