As the Store Supervisor, the role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing expenses, and ensuring consistently high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with store supervision, contributing to individual and store sales performance, and maintaining inventory accuracy through proper stock control and loss prevention. Additionally, the role upholds a positive, professional, and ethical working environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Performance: Assist in driving individual and store-wide sales by actively engaging with customers and maximizing sales opportunities. Ensure that store sales targets are met or exceeded.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide leadership in customer service, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service. Work toward achieving high scores in the Mystery Shopper evaluations. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory integrity by minimizing stock losses and overseeing regular stock counts (daily and monthly). Support with organizing inventory checks and managing discrepancies. Staff Supervision: Assist in the supervision and training of store staff, ensuring they follow company policies and deliver a high standard of service.
Visual Merchandising and Retail Standards: Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to the brand’s retail standards. This includes product displays, cleanliness, and the general presentation of the store. Team Engagement: Foster a positive, motivating, and ethical working environment. Provide support to colleagues and promote teamwork. Personal Development: Continuously develop skills and knowledge by participating in eLearning programs and other training opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail Fashion as supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- High enthusiasm & energy
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in inventory management and loss prevention.
- Proactive, organized, and customer-focused attitude.
- Passion for Sales and Fashion/Retail Luxury
- Strong Leadership traits
