RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka lowongan untuk posisi Student Counselor di sebuah perusahaan pendidikan terkemuka di Jakarta. Peran ini didedikasikan untuk mendampingi perkembangan personal, menjaga kesejahteraan, serta mendukung kesehatan emosional para siswa di lingkungan sekolah secara menyeluruh. Sebagai Student Counselor, Anda akan berkolaborasi secara erat dengan Wellbeing Coordinator, orang tua, guru, pimpinan sekolah, serta para profesional eksternal untuk memastikan siswa mendapatkan dukungan akademis, sosial, dan pribadi yang optimal. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi penerapan kode etik konseling profesional (ABKIN & HIMPSI), menjaga kerahasiaan sesi, mendokumentasikan catatan konseling dengan aman, memberikan rujukan kepada profesional lokal di Jakarta bila diperlukan, serta berpartisipasi aktif dalam kasus perlindungan anak sesuai dengan arahan yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Promote wellbeing, personal development, and emotional health of students across the school; Collaborate with Wellbeing Coordinator, students, parents/guardians, teachers, leadership, and external professionals to ensure students are supported to thrive academically, socially and personally; Follow the Professional Student Counselling & Psychology Codes of Ethics (ABKIN & HIMPSI); Follow the principle of confidentiality in counselling sessions; Report concerns immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL); Document and maintain secure records of student's counselling information; Be available for consultation and involvement in Child Protection cases where required by the DSL; Determine the length and scheduling of counselling sessions in accordance with professional judgement, ethical standards, and the individual needs of the student; Maintain a referral list of local professionals in Jakarta and make referrals when needed; Maintain professional boundaries with students and families; Other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Bachelor's Degree; Business English proficiency (fluency in teaching foreign students); At least 5 years of experience as a Student Counsellor in an international school; High integrity, active, and willing to participate in school activities; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
