Strategy & Planning Associate

The Strategy and Planning team at Grab is the analytical backbone of the GrabFood platform, responsible for driving holistic business health. The team manages demand, supply reliability, merchant performance, and competitive intelligence across all operating markets. By working alongside Commercial, Operations, and Central Strategy teams, they track performance, diagnose gaps, and translate data-driven insights into actionable decisions to keep the business sharp. As a Strategy & Planning Associate, you will report to the GrabFood S&P Region Lead and co-own the GrabFood business for your managed region. You will bridge the gap between strategic direction and on-the-ground execution, working closely with regional operations and commercial teams. Your role involves surfacing insights and risks to leadership, collaborating with stakeholders, and conducting regular market visits to ensure the platform operates effectively.
