You will be mainly responsible for: Gather data from various sources, and prepare it for analysis by ensuring accuracy and consistency. Use statistical formula to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to answer key business questions.
Create clear, easy-to-understand reports, charts, and dashboards for stakeholders meeting. Translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic HR planning, and operational improvements. Work with Senior Leaders/Management, and other teams to meet objectives and improve data governance.
Other duties as assigned. You will demonstrate the following requirements: Min. S1 degree holder, with major in Mathematics/Engineering/Computer Science/numerical-major.
Preferably more than 3 years of relevant professional working experience in mid-size to large Corporations. Prior experience in HR function is not required. Detailed oriented with high interest and ability to work with numbers with high accuracy in timely manner. Digital-savvy and excellent skills in operating Excel. Versatile in operating software applications, including HR applications.
Composed, resilient, and get things done in timely manner. Keen learner, high interest to learn new subjects. Able to handle confidential information with high care and maturity.
