Sebagai Store Supervisor di Blibli Electronic, Anda akan menjadi pemimpin kunci di lini depan yang mengawasi operasional toko harian untuk memberikan pengalaman pelanggan yang luar biasa. Anda bertanggung jawab membimbing tim toko, menjaga standar visual, dan mendorong pencapaian target penjualan. Peran ini bertindak sebagai penghubung krusial antara staf dan manajemen untuk memastikan keunggulan operasional serta menciptakan lingkungan toko yang ramah dan sesuai dengan standar kualitas Blibli.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and guide the store team to achieve daily sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service; Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and team performance; Act as the primary point of contact on the floor, ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment; Coach and motivate team members to enhance their performance and product knowledge; Ensure store compliance with all operational procedures and brand standards.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position; Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members; Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction; Familiarity with electronic products, POS systems, and basic inventory management; Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
