Store Supervisor (Bogor)

Roles & Responsibilities: Ensuring sales assistant team and cashier to follow SOP. Managing staff shift schedule, developing staff skills, and evaluating staff work performance.

Organizing and maintaining product display and products according to SOP. Understand product knowledge and ability to communicate it to customers effectively. Identifying the market trend in our target market.

Analyzing sales report, customer traffic, and store promo. Making a sales report and sales planning. Ensuring promotion activities according to SOP.

Ensuring the security of the store, staff, and customers. Making sure the store, stockroom, and store equipment is clean and representable. Requirements:

Minimum educational background Diploma degree any major . Minimum working experiences 4 years in a similar role in retail industry retail sports and lifestyle . Have an understanding about KPI's Metrics.
