We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing and developing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding fashion bag and accessories brand. Manage overall store operations on a daily basis Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
Achieve and exceed sales targets Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and customer experience Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory control

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Retail Supervisor
- Proven track record in driving sales performance and achieving targets
- Strong ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly target-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Familiar with cashiering systems and cashiering operations
- Have experience in fashion and bag related industry point plus
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
