Posisi Store Manager di Makassar bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap pencapaian kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi melalui pengelolaan layanan toko yang optimal. Anda akan memimpin perumusan strategi bisnis guna meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan, penjualan, serta profitabilitas, sekaligus membimbing dan mengawasi seluruh staf toko serta administrasi agar berjalan sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction; Develop business strategies to increase the number of customers, sales and profits; Leading, motivating, guiding and supervising store staff; Supervise store administration and ensure the work of administrative staff is in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures; Handle problems arising from staff or customers.
Kualifikasi: Min. 5 years work experience as Store Manager (supermarket/hypermarket is a MUST); Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead staff and help customers; Great customers service skills; Having good analytical and problem-solving skill; Good time management skills to set realistic.
