Build strategy to reach sales target; Approach community, event organizer and other potential corporate to have any agreement in order to increase sales; Monitor operational efficiency and recommending changes to improve productivity;
Review budget and expenditures within the store’s operational to ensure profitability; Setting up selling price in store and pressing cost of goods sold (COGS) regarding to revenue/profit’ store; Develop new system or services based on current industry trends or consumer demands;
Manager internal & external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts; Control and assure the product is always in good quality, including assuring the raw material to produce the product is in great quality; Create monthly budgeting based on store’s needs (including budget plan for upcoming project in store) & cost efficiency;
Assure operational in store runs well, including solving problem and coordinating to related division or third party; Manager store’s employee to obey Standard Operating Procedure and Corporate Regulation that is established by Corporate; Score appraisal to employee for renewal their contracts and responsible of the result of trainee employee;
Ensure an effective shift schedule for employee; Create data summary of non-POSS sales such as merchandise or sales from event; Input waste and raw material based on Purchase Order to POSS;
