Xiaomi retail stores are looking for candidates for a 12-month rotational training program. This program is designed to develop future Store Managers who will lead and oversee the operations of Xiaomi retail outlets in Jakarta. Participants will gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of retail management, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.
