Posisi Store Head bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin operasional toko secara keseluruhan guna memastikan eksekusi yang efisien dan lancar. Peran ini melibatkan analisis kinerja penjualan, implementasi strategi peningkatan, serta kepatuhan terhadap standar operasional perusahaan. Store Head juga bertugas memimpin dan mendukung tim toko untuk mencapai target bisnis yang telah ditetapkan, serta memastikan pencapaian target penjualan di seluruh toko yang ditugaskan.
Tanggung jawab: Achieve sales targets across assigned stores; Manage and monitor overall sales performance; Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient and smooth execution; Ensure compliance with company operational standards and procedures; Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies; Lead and support store teams to achieve business objectives.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in any field; Relevant experience in retail sales or retail operations is required; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Willing to work in a mobile role and travel as required; Willing to work 6 days per week.
