About The Company: The working venue is in Bekasi. Our client is a Restaurant company. Currently, they are looking for Store Development Staff.

Job Responsibilities: Identify and secure potential locations for new store openings. Build and maintain relationships with real estate agencies and property owners.

Conduct site surveys, traffic analysis, and market research. Evaluate potential locations and prepare site reports. Negotiate lease terms and support contract processes.

Coordinate with internal departments throughout the store development process. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements:

Experience in site acquisition, store development, real estate sales, or a related field. Strong network with real estate agencies and property brokers. Valid driver's license and own vehicle for business use.
