Responsible for daily store operations, customer service, product preparation, and maintaining Oakberry's quality and service standards.
Tanggung jawab: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner; Provide product information and assistance with inquiries; Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store; Restock shelves and merchandise according to store standards; Assist in inventory management and stock rotation; Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately; Process payments, returns, and exchanges following established procedures; Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions; Monitor and report any security or safety concerns to management.
