- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and assistance with inquiries
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Restock shelves and merchandise according to store standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges following established procedures
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile transactions
- Monitor and report any security or safety concerns to management
