About the role Oakberry is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Store Crew members to join our dynamic team in Seminyak, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing F&B company. As a Store Crew member, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our store standards. You will work on-site at our Seminyak location, contributing to a vibrant and fast-paced retail environment where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and business success. Key responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and processing transactions for store visitors Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards throughout your shift Stock shelves and displays with products, ensuring items are properly arranged and clearly priced Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during checkout processes Handle transactions with accuracy and integrity Assist with inventory management, including receiving, checking, and labelling new stock Follow health and safety protocols and company policies at all times Support promotional activities and special events as required Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations What we're looking
