Deskripsi Pekerjaan We want YOU to be part of Torch growth! As a Store Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our Cirebon store. Store Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to store's overall success by overseeing the efficient functioning of various aspects. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, inventory control, supporting visual merchandising, training staff, and handling day-to-day operations such as opening/closing and cash transactions.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan Min. 2 years of experience as a store leader/PIC store/Store Coordinator/Store Manager in a fashion retail industry is a must. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Willing to be placed in our Cirebon store.
