Perusahaan mencari profesional yang memiliki pengalaman praktis di bidang konstruksi toko ritel dan operasi terminal untuk memastikan setiap proyek pembangunan serta pemeliharaan gerai berjalan sesuai standar operasional yang ditetapkan. Tugas utama Anda mencakup eksekusi proyek pembangunan baru maupun renovasi gerai, pelaksanaan audit dan inspeksi toko secara berkala, dukungan promosi tingkat toko, serta pengumpulan informasi pasar di lapangan guna mendukung peningkatan performa penjualan gerai secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Execute SCS-STS /store-branded-shop new-build & renovation projects; coordinate dealers and construction vendors, track construction progress, quality and acceptance, drive issue closure; Conduct regular store audits & inspections, check store image, merchandising and hardware status, maintain inspection records, follow-up on rectification to improve terminal standardization; Support execution of store-level promotions & grand-opening events; liaise with dealers and outlets, collect on-site feedback and market information; Maintain store basic profiles, compile construction /audit/activity reports, and feed back field-level market & competitor information; Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve on-site issues in store construction & operation projects.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or above; Proven hands-on experience in Indonesia retail terminal store construction, store renovation and store audit; Understand retail store construction & merchandising standards; capable of independent site inspection, problem identification and rectification follow-up; Basic skills for making reports & records; good at collecting and organizing field information; Strong communication skills to engage dealers and vendors, handle on-site operational issues; Willing to travel across Indonesia for store visits; Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
