Peran ini berfungsi sebagai penghubung strategis antara tim proyek dengan instansi pemerintah pusat, daerah, lembaga legislatif (DPRD), BUMN, BUMD, dan pemangku kepentingan strategis lainnya. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan strategi keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan guna memastikan keselarasan proyek dengan prioritas pembangunan nasional. Anda akan berperan aktif dalam memfasilitasi koordinasi, negosiasi, dan penyelesaian kendala regulasi atau perizinan. Selain itu, Anda bertugas membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pengambil keputusan untuk memitigasi risiko dan mendukung kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek berskala besar di sektor infrastruktur, energi, atau sumber daya air.
Tanggung jawab: Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and relevant central government ministries, agencies, and strategic stakeholders; Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to support project alignment with national development priorities and relevant government programs; Proactively engage with government officials and key decision-makers to obtain the necessary guidance, support, and facilitation for project implementation; Initiate, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with government ministries, agencies, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective follow-up on agreed actions, commitments, and project milestones; Identify, escalate, and help resolve administrative, regulatory, licensing, jurisdictional, and cross-sectoral challenges that may affect project progress; Coordinate with provincial and regency-level governments, regional legislative bodies (DPRD), and other local stakeholders to secure support and align project objectives with regional development priorities; Facilitate discussions and negotiations with relevant government authorities and stakeholders on commercial arrangements, including water supply agreements and tariff structures, where applicable; Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with government institutions and key stakeholders to facilitate decision-making, mitigate potential risks, and support the successful delivery of the project.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Public Relations, Communications, International Relations, Law, Public Administration, or a related field; Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Government Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, Public Affairs, External Relations, or a similar function; Proven experience engaging and coordinating with central and local government institutions, regional legislative bodies (DPRD), state-owned enterprises (SOEs), regional-owned enterprises (BUMD), and other strategic stakeholders; Experience in infrastructure, construction, energy, water resources, or other large-scale strategic projects is highly preferred; Strong understanding of government regulations, licensing procedures, public policy, and inter-agency coordination processes; Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English; Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with government officials, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders; Willingness to travel to project locations in East Kalimantan and other areas as required.
