Deskripsi pekerjaan
Staff Process Engineering bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan memelihara aktivitas teknik harian, jadwal proyek, rencana perbaikan, serta laporan teknis guna memastikan eksekusi teknik yang efektif. Peran ini melibatkan analisis mendalam terhadap proses, mesin, peralatan, siklus waktu, tata letak produksi, penanganan operator, penggunaan material, dan kinerja proses untuk mengidentifikasi inefisiensi. Selain itu, posisi ini mendukung pengembangan dan implementasi perbaikan pada proses, peralatan, dan metode kerja untuk meningkatkan produktivitas serta kualitas. Staff Process Engineering juga bertugas menyusun standar proses, SOP, dan dokumentasi teknis, serta berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait seperti Produksi, QA/QC, dan Maintenance untuk menyelesaikan masalah proses serta melakukan audit perbaikan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and maintain daily engineering activities, project schedules, improvement plans, and technical reports.; Analyze process, machine, tooling, equipment, cycle time, production layout, operator handling, material usage, and process performance.; Support the development and implementation of process, tooling, equipment, layout, and work method improvements.; Develop and maintain process standards, process matrices, Work Instructions, SOPs, and other technical documentation.; Support the preparation of improvement proposals, BAP, tooling and equipment procurement documents, and engineering project documentation.; Apply manufacturing Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, SPC, and Control Plan).; Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, PPIC, Warehouse, and related departments.; Support knowledge transfer, training, standardization, and handover of new or improved processes.; Conduct follow-up audits on improvement results, safety, work equipment, and 5R implementation..
Kualifikasi: D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.; Minimum 1 year of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related roles; experience in steel pipe, tube, metal processing, or similar manufacturing industries is preferred.; Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent engineering design software.; Able to read and develop 2D/3D technical drawings and understand basic engineering specifications..
