About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Staff Marketing to join our marketing and communications team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. This is a contract position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing expertise whilst working on diverse and impactful campaigns. As a Staff Marketing professional, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of our marketing strategy, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role is essential to our ability to deliver compelling marketing communications that resonate with our target audiences.

What you'll be doing Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels Support the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials

Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to inform marketing strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation

Participate in the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotional activities Support customer engagement initiatives and help build strong relationships with key stakeholders Assist in managing marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and segmentation

Contribute to the development of marketing materials and collateral that align with brand guidelines Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed What we're looking for
