Staff Custom Clearance EXIM bertanggung jawab penuh atas kelancaran operasional harian di pelabuhan dan bandara, termasuk penanganan dokumen pengiriman, bea cukai, serta koordinasi kargo secara menyeluruh. Peran ini menuntut kedisiplinan dan ketelitian tinggi untuk memastikan setiap proses pengiriman berjalan tepat waktu serta mematuhi prosedur operasional yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Handle operational activities at seaports and airports; Collect and process shipping, customs, and cargo-related documents; Coordinate cargo pickup and delivery arrangements; Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel; Assist with container and breakbulk cargo operations; Monitor shipment status and ensure timely document processing and cargo release; Provide operational updates and report issues to the Operations Manager; Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Candidate who fits the field-based nature of the position; Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, container handling, or breakbulk cargo operations; Must understand port and/or airport operational procedures; Familiar with shipping documents, customs clearance processes, and cargo pickup arrangements is an advantage; Able to travel to ports and airports as required; Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; Able to work independently and under pressure; Basic English communication skills are preferred.
