About the role INCCN Trading Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Staff Accounting professional to join our finance team in Pinang, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting accuracy of our organisation. As a Staff Accounting professional, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. This role is essential to our finance department's ability to deliver timely and accurate financial information to management and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Recording and processing daily financial transactions in the accounting system Reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy Preparing journal entries and supporting documentation for various accounting transactions Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies Supporting the audit process by preparing required documentation and schedules Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures and relevant regulations What we're looking
