STAFF ACCOUNTING

Key Responsibilities : Responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and reliability of production cost reports and inventory reports. Calculating the return on investment for a new investment.

Making pre-calculated / standard cost per product. Performing cost variance analysis (budget vs actual) and providing improvement recommendations. Conducting stock opname and reconciling raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory (periodically).

Periodic analysis related to production costs. Requirements : Minimum education of D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant majors.

Minimun 2 year of experience in Accounting Staff, Cost Accounting, or a related position. Open to fresh graduates. Understanding the basics of accounting, costing methods and cost variance analysis, taxation, journals, and preparing financial statements.

Able to do initial calculations (preliminary calculation/prakal), cost analysis, and budget estimation. Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc). Experienced in operating ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Accurate, or other ERP systems.
